I am especially passionate about neurodiversity as an ADHD and Dyslexic person. I specialize in supporting organizational neuro-inclusion through comprehensive consulting services, and foundational workshops for teams, managers, and executives. Through neuro-inclusion strategies, I have measurably improved employee performance, strengthened organizational cohesion, and fostered employee camaraderie, wellbeing, innovation, and continuous growth. For example:

  1. Increased campaign’s staff from 15 to 65 in three weeks by implementing neuro-inclusive systems that reduced barriers and biases. These improvements led to a high-performing, collaborative team that exceeded expectations due to the speed and quality of recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training.
  2. At another organization, I was asked to provide guidance to senior leadership on supporting neurodivergent staff. I led educational sessions and neuro-inclusive strategy trainings for both staff and managers while also offering individual guidance to managers. This resulted in improved team-wide collaboration, a stronger sense of community, and enhanced overall performance.
I am honored to collaborate with Japan Neurodiversity Association and localize neuro-inclusion for modern and traditional workplaces. In close partnership with your organization, we apply cutting-edge multidisciplinary research and practical strategies to effectively integrate neuro-inclusion into organizational culture, team development, daily practices, management, and the hiring process—from recruitment and interviewing to onboarding.
